Peace of Mind program benefits
Many debt settlement or consolidation companies charge expensive weekly payments stretching on for months or years, but may apply only half your payment toward your debt while keeping the rest.
This common payment structure incentivizes those companies to delay your repayment agreement.
And if you miss an escrow payment, they often keep your entire escrow account.
MDR charges one low-cost program fee.
NO ESCROW. NO ULTERIOR MOTIVES. NO TRANSACTION FEES.
You repay your MCA Funder directly, without anyone taking 50% of your weekly payments.

Qualifying matters receive a rebate if a repayment agreement is not received from your MCA Funder within one month.
We trust our process. You can too.
MDR’s experienced Resolution Team negotiates with MCA Funders to try to eliminate default fees, NSF fees, attorney’s fees, collection fees — and even lower overall balances.
Avoid giving away more of your revenue than necessary.

ONLY for florida businesses
YOU HAVE OPTIONS. SAVE YOUR BUSINESS.
Most MCA agreements allow Funders to file UCC liens against business accounts. But MDR will immediately start working to stay holds and release funds — so you can run your business while MDR works to find a realistic repayment schedule on your behalf.
MCA Funders often reach out to vendors and clients to recover accounts receivable directly. It’s embarrassing and confusing for all parties. MDR contacts those MCA Funders to try to stop harassing calls and letters, and work towards a realistic repayment schedule.
MCAs are secured to accounts receivable, but the initial Funding agreement may include other provisions. You should seek legal counsel from a licensed attorney to protect yourself. In the meantime, the longer you wait to begin your repayment, the more fees will accrue.
Generally, Florida’s homestead exemption protects homeowners from losing a primary residence to creditors. But MCA Funders find ways that can jeopardize personal finances or housing. Always seek advice from a licensed attorney. MDR is NOT a legal service, but can help when you’re ready to repay your defaulted MCA.
You should seek advice from legal counsel for bankruptcy issues, or if you believe there may be fraud in the original MCA agreement, or to Answer to a filed Complaint. However, negotiating repayment of a defaulted MCA is NOT a legal service. MDR’s experienced team is comprised of experts in negotiating default repayment agreements.
You can, but MCA Funders often distrust business owners who have already broken an agreement. Hiring a credible Resolution Team like MDR proves you’re serious about getting your repayment back on track. MDR reviews all repayment agreements to ensure fairness and accuracy.
